Should see an OB: It's rare, but there are pregnancy complications that can cause abdominal pain, so it's best to rule those out before I can give you any reassurance. Specifically ectopic pregnancy is a major concern. If you have not had a pelvic ultrasound yet, I would recommend that you do that right away. If you have a normal intrauterine pregnancy, then your doctor can help with intestinal symptoms as well.
