If : If your menstrual period 6 days ago was normal, then it is unlikely you are pregnant. However, if it was lighter in flow or duration, then you should take a pregnancy test to be certain. Your cramping could be from other causes. If a patient had cramping with vomiting, pain, or fever then they should let their physician know of their symptoms.
