Go to ER: Call your OB doc on your way out the door to the er. This may be a serious problem.

Stop by the hospital: Your symptoms are concerning. You might want to stop by the local hospital that has an OB unit. They will monitor the uterus, the baby, and do some tests to make sure you are not in pre-term labor, or make sure that you do not have some other significant abdominal problems (appendicitis maybe?).
