Usually bed time: Recent trials have shown improved BP response with taking BP meds at night, as the early morning BP is often the highest during the day. That being said, you should get a good BP monitor and check it at random times during the day, create a log and take it to your doctor, they can help tailor your medication times to your body's response to them.
