My period ended 16/3 & from 26/3 i had spotting&bleeding, it happend in 2018 where i would be on my period for 2+ weeks every 2 weeks & a doctor put me on progesterone & it helped, but it seems to be back, what could be the cause?

Intermittent bleed: It is not uncommon to occasionally have spot bleeding with ovulation which likely could be 2 weeks after your menses. There is however the possibility that bleeding could be caused by a polyp in the uterus or a cyst on the ovary so I would recommend seeing your gynecologist for a pelvic ultrasound.
