Ectopic HR: Yes. Individuals say they are having palpitations and on Holter which is 24 or 72 hour cardiac rhythm monitoring there are no abnormal heart beats. But occasionally there are, would follow up with cardiologist and get EKG and at least 24 hour holter which may be reassuring if there are no abnormal heart beats.
