Be discerning: This is a "fad" / "pop" diagnosed based on one lab's studies from the 1980's, the claim being that extra-permeable gut lining causes most / all disease. The simple test -- absorbing sucrose molecules intact -- hasn't supported these claims and most of us don't believe in it. If you self-diagnose with a "fad" diagnosis, you'll never feel well again -- you'll notice nobody ever gets cured.

Garbage label: The gut really doesn't leak.If it did,the germs would get into your blood & you would die. Many use this label to promote various tests and supplements to "heal your leaky gut".Most are a gimmick. If you have true issues like IBS/celiac your injured gut can improve if you identify & avoid your food intolerances/allergies.Probiotics can also help.Beware the comment you have yeast in your gut it's nl
