Hard to say: Unfortunately each case can be rather unique. One good idea is to avoid synthetic dyes like red #40, which is banned in some countries but often used in foods/drinks in the US. Up to 1/4 of adults have lactose intolerance so regular milk may be an aggravating factor. One way to monitor yourself is a food diary with selective avoidance or inclusion to see if an item triggers episodes.
