What foods are good for irritable bowel syndrome?

Irritable Bowel: A diet high in fiber such as bran, fruits and vegetables. Low fat, non-fried foods. Some people also have a lactose intolerance so it may be helpful to try lacy aid with dairy to see if that helps. I find that eating frequent small meals and eating when you don't feel well actually helps.
