Great question!: There is no vaccine for SARS or MERS yet. Vaccines generally take months to years to develop because they have to be tested on animals first, to make sure they work and are safe, and THEN they are tested on volunteers to make sure the virus is safe and works, before it can be approved. Once it is proven to be safe and effective, then it has to be mass produced.

Long process: I don't think that there were approved vaccines for SARS although there was a clinical trial for an inactivated form of SARS-CoV & pre-clinical studies for several live attenuated vaccines.
