Sinusitis: Sinuprep is a supplement that is not studied by government agencies & thus we don't know what substances, contaminants they contain, their actual effectiveness or appropriate doses. Accordingly most physicians won't endorse their use, especially in pregnancy. Sinusitis is treated with antibiotics. Your OB should ok all your meds including antibiotics. Call him/her.

Sinusitis: Majority are viral with some due to bacteria that will need antibiotics. Other than being pregnant you may suffer from other medical conditions, take different meds and have specific allergies and therefore either your GP or Ob-Gyn doc would be best to address as in case needed antibiotic selection should be safe and efficient for you and your baby.
