Post delivery : After delivery there is a change in the exposure to maternal hormones. This may result in baby acne. Other causes include infection and local contact dermatitis. Avoid soap on the face and do not irritate the skin. Avoid products on the face. If there is a fever of 100. 4 or higher, please see your pediatrician.
