Sinus problem +?: The stuffy nose, pressure in head and ears, and coughing sound like a sinus and/or middle ear infection. The other possibility is environmental allergies to something unr sensitive to. The rash on the neck? Not usually part of above possibilities. May be a separate problem, possibly even a skin allergy to a contactant. If throat is sore or fever, worrisome. See you pcp.
