Bilirubin mono: You should not worry and no need to go out now for any testing or exam. The slightly high bilirubin may be from the recent mono infection. If you have had mild bilirubin elevation in the past without symptoms, you might have what's called Gilbert's syndrome, which is benign and not harm you. Please recheck the liver function tests in a month and consider ultrasound if abnormal.
