I've had a low grade fever for 4 weeks. urinalysis is positive for bilirubin, protein and blood. cbc shows mono%13. any idea what all of that means?

Possibly: The best thing you can do here is to see an infectious diseases expert. You have what is called fever of undetermined origin, and this needs a detailed evaluation, not more antibiotics. Blood in urine is tuberculosis or cancer until proven otherwise. Go see an id doctor now, and good luck, .
