Second Look: Since you already had rickettsial test, I presume you have evaluation without any clear answers. Depending on location consider an Infectious Disease, (ID) Specialist. You did not mention throat culture or strep test or blood count. These would likely have been done. Sometimes polymerase chain reaction (PCR) might be helpful. On the other hand ringing in ears and sweating can come with depression
