Im 23 years old, having shortness of breath, terrible headache, a lump in my throat and a dry cough. i dont own a thermometer. whats the best thing to do? see a doctor? (or stay home and rest and avoid going to a med practice in case of spread?)

See below: Any underlying medical conditions? Asthma? It would be helpful to obtain a thermometer (have it delivered by a friend, relative-- observing social distancing guidelines). Take your temperature. Meanwhile, call your physician for advice. Take acetaminophen (Tylenol) for headache, plenty of fluids, and rest at home.
