COVID 19 : This seems most likely COVID 19, although there are possibilities. You should have a telemedicine visit with a doctor. If you have difficulties breathing, chest symptoms, dizziness, or severe fatigue see a doctor in person right away- call ahead before you go. Keep isolated, stay in one room alone. Do not leave the room unless it is related to your health, for doctors' appointments or testing.

COVID 19: Rest, hydrate, quarantine & eat healthfully. Consider use of acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Naprosyn is a good choice if NSAID’s are used. Zinc, vitamin C, D & B complex supplements may be helpful. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion. Suggest getting tested.
