Currently have bronchitis. occasionally will cough up pink foam first thing in the morning & nothing the rest of the day. should i be concerned or since it's infrequent not worry about it?

Yes: Any semblance of pink red or brown should at least be evaluated by a physician. It may be nothing or something such as post nasal but the pink implies potential for blood and at the very least you do need seen.
