Bronchitis: Cough and wheezing can easily be a sign or symptom of bronchitis. It is unlikely that the Amoxicillin is causing the call although occasionally allergy to the drug can cause wheezing. If your wheezing continues you should contact your doctor and probably undergo a chest x-ray.
