Hi doctor my 7 weeks baby has not been sleeping the whole day for the past 2 days he only feeds and play for a few minutes and then feed again ,baby is on breastmilk?

Need more info: It would help to know if baby has had fever? How does baby sleep at night? If no fever & is feeding well & playing normally otherwise, & having normal bowel movements & wet diapers, it is probably fine just to observe the baby , but it is also fine to call the pediatricians office to express your concern if you need more reassurance. They may want to see the baby on a video visit
