Need evaluation: You need a comprehensive evaluation. New onset of reflux is not necessarily related to anxiety. Ibs includes other symptoms you do not mention. Gad is a chronic maladaptive response to stress and stress is inevitable. There could also be other physical conditions and your doctor needs to know about any drug or alcohol use as well as any prescribed or otc medications.
