Maybe no test?: As you know, the entire US is short on tests, and how you get tested is different in every state. The important thing for you is to stay away from your neighbor completely, stay in your home, and let your doctor know if your symptoms worsen. You should assume that you have the coronavirus unfortunately. I'm sorry, I wish we could test everyone!
