LPa: Since LPa is genetically determined it can't be modified by diet or exercise. A level over 50 is considered elevated and is associated with cardiovascular risk. Niacin has been shown to lower it. I emphasize working on correcting your triglycerides, LDL,HDL and total cholesterol by measures and medications, if necessary, recommended by a registered dietician and your physician.
