Ask your Dr: Good Morning, I would recommend calling your Dr and asking them to be sure. A1C levels are typically done every 3 months but you could delay the testing on the advice of your treating provider. For example, if your last A1C was on target and your fingersticks have been fine then delaying the test may not be an issue. Be well! Dr. Wood
