Dizziness happens when i stand up. started about 2 weeks ago, everyday around 11am i got headaches. but have had one since yesterday (didn't have access to medication until 7 this morning - 2 x myprodol - has not worked)?

Evalutation: Please see your PCP for an examination, BP, UA and other lab evaluations. Drink clear liquids, take ibuprofen 400 to 600 mg if there are no contraindications such as prior adverse reaction. A severe headache requires a work up. Your dizziness and blurred vision are concerning. Also discuss ruling out diabetes with your PCP. Mention any head trauma, particularly in the last two weeks.
