Viral Infection: Headache and loose stools can be due to a viral infection and usually it gets better on its own in about 2to5 days. You can take Acetaminophen for headache and drink extra fluids.But if headache continued or other symptoms like fever, nausea &vomiting or cough ,then consult your doctor
