A member asked:

My cheeks always turn red when i am in cold weather, in the sun or just lights. the sun doesn't even have to be strong and the cold weather also doesn't have to be to cold for it to happen. does anyone know what it can be? it feels like it's burning

Red cheeks: It is likely due to vasodilitation, i.e. dilating small blood vessels in the face, either to cold or sun or you may have roseacea. medications and skin sensitivity / melanin ( the pigment that gives skin its color ), may affect the response as well Any other reactison like hives ? fever?
