I have had burning to my right cheek for the last 2 months, but only during the daytime. no redness, swelling or itching,just burning while awake?

Difficult to tell: An obvious cause of this type of burning is difficult to predict. Without other symptoms, and given the 2 month duration, I would suspect an issue with the cheek innervation. Some lab tests and imaging would help with a diagnosis.
