Very Serious : Sleep apnea means you stop breathing and not getting oxygen into your system. Lack of oxygen can cause many issues in your body. Brian, heart, optic nerve and many other organs depends on oxygen. Lack of O2 can cause damage to the body. Pls try to lose weight get help from your doctor ASAP there are options either surgical or CPAP. Use wedge pillow. Good luck!
