Is there a cheaper alternative of polysomnography. i have pulse oximeter at home. how can i assess myself for sleep apnea at home? i live alone at a hostel facility and no family member to observe snoring?

Sleep study: No. There are home polysomnograms however. The polysomnograph evaluates many things - not just oxygenation during sleep.
