Lump : The lump could be an enlarged inflamed lymph node secondary to your recent upper respiratory tract infection in which case it will recede over the next week or so. Another possibility is a swollen salivary gland due to a blocked duct. If there is no gradual improvement, see your MD or an Otolaryngologist for evaluation and advice.
