Hi, my has a blighted ovum, took prescribed meds to terminate pregnancy 2 days ago (51 hours), is it normal for pain to extend to the knee and is it normal to have pain without bleeding?

Resolution, passing: of the blighted ovum, should be happening by now. Cramping can be pretty severe, should be getting better, if not please contact your doctor for guidance, possibly more testing, and medication.
