My son hit his nose with his knee last night, it started bleeding and stopped. this morning it started again, stopped, but 4 hours later it started again. do we need to consult or will it stop?

It depends: If he is bleeding quite a bit you may want to get him checked because it may be a relatively big leak. If it is a small leak, you could try packing it with like clean gauze to put just enough pressure or just pinch the nose to put enough pressure to allow the leak to seal.
