Radioligist found a torn ligament and swollen glands on inside upper leg. i have been in a lot of pain and was advised by surgeon to consult a ortopedic specialist, an appointment only in 6weeks. what should i do if pain meds not working.

Orthopedic surgeon: Try another orthopedic group. Have your primary care physician make calls on your behalf. Go to a hospital emergency room seeking care and they will often get you an appropriate specialist.
