My right calf with vericose veins is swollen, painful and warm to touch. i have had a dvt on that leg before after injury. i have made a appointment with a vericose veins specialist but i only can see them on the 23rd of july, can i wait that long?

Ultrasound/D Dimer: Please see a physician and medical center with lab and imaging capabilities, given your history of a prior DVT, you are at risk for another DVT and this may lead to further complications if left untreated. Drink fluids, rest and monitor your temperature and breathing. If there are sudden changes, please see the Emergency department.
