Some basics: A flu vaccine is a good idea yearly as the strains that circle the globe change, and the newest vaccine is the best chance at protection. For some reason kids are at more risk of severe disease or death from the seasonal flu than the Covid-19 virus. Getting the vaccine does not make them more at risk of either flu or Covid-19.

Yes: It is important that you and each member of your family get your influenza vaccine. Although it doesn't directly protect against COVID 19, you will be in a better position if your don't get influenza.
