Depends on size: Usually continuation of blood thinner (/warfarin most commonly) or newer factor xa meds for longer.

Likely nothing: Assuming that you have been taking your anticoagulation for the correct amount of time, the pe is likely gone. We do not routinely repeat ctpagrams to see if the clot is gone unless it was an extremely large one. You have to weigh the risks of the radiation (don't know your age) with the benefits. I don't know how long it has been but most clots dissolve on their own.
