Yes: Your Addison's in particular would complicate managing an infectious illness, and I would advise avoiding work if possible, as well as shopping or dining out, or any activity that exposes you to people outside of your household. If you develop cough or fever, seek advice right away, preferably by telemedicine. If you develop any trouble breathing, seek in person care emergently.
