Possible gall stones: This could be severe gastroesophageal reflux (GERD) or a sign of gall stones. Gall stones can easily be seen with a sonogram of the gall bladder, so you should visit your doctor to get an order for this. Hope this helps.

GERD: If antacid is not helping you may want to try H-2 blocker like tagamet or omeprazole or PPI like prilosec, nexium. Do not lay down for 4 hours after a meal. Eat small frequent meals. Avoid gas forming foods.
