Bad GERD: Sounds like you have acid from the stomach coming right up into your mouth - GastroEsophageal Reflux Disease - GERD. This produces symptoms as you describe. Treatment is simple - an over the counter PPI such as omeprazole will work wonders. Real question is why this is occurring - should see doc to straighten this out.
