No sleep?: If really you have had NO sleep in 96 yrs call PCP or go to the ER. If sleep have been disrupted , optomiz, environment, cool, quiet, dark and comfy, regular times wake up and sleep, 500mg of magnesium(gluconate) to begin . make sue you avoid caffiene, and bright lights need to be avoided x1hr prior to sleep . Routine relaxation strategy.
