Please talk to your: Parents ; your doctor about this - they can help devise a plan. It really is not ok to stay awake for 5 days straight every week due to fears that you won't wake on time. Sleep deprivation may lead to your depression and your forgetfulness worsening. Some of your sleep issues may be related to your depression. Ask for ; accept for the help of others to make this work - no sleep isn't the answer.
