Could i've caused bump on bridge of nose to get bigger by taking lots of deep breaths & yawning? been doing that a lot last few mos due to a back muscle strain. now i'm worried i caused the bump to get bigger. or can only surgery change bump shape?

Unlikely: Unless you have developed some type of fistula it would be highly unlikely that deep breathing or yawning would effect nasal anatomy.
