No: It would not be possible that what you are describing caused what you are seeing. If concerned about your nose, best to see ENT or facial/plastic surgeon for eval. Hope this was helpful. Dr R

Ive always had a small bump on sides of upper nose but lately one side looks bigger. Could constantly taking deep breaths(due to back issue) & excessive yawning daily cause that or would those repetitive actions not change bone or cartilage in nose?
