Should i pick up more of my antidepressant before covid-19 gets really bad? what if i can't get a refill.

Ask and see: Depending on which anti-depressant you are on and the laws where you live you may or may not be able to get a refill or more medication before a certain point...but it can't hurt to ask. At least where I am most doctors are still working at least some and pharmacies are open so you should be able to get your refill, when appropriate, even if the pandemic worsens in your area.
