Not always...: Some studies have shown that cough occurs in around 68% of symptomatic patients with COVID-19. However, there is a great part of asymptomatic patients that can spread the infection. Having cough or not, is not enough for establish or discard a diagnosis and medical advice must be seek if a contagion is suspected.
