Stop: Stop smoking. Stay away from people, stay at home. Wear a mask when you have to go to public places. Stay at least 6 feet away from other people. Wash your hands. Avoid rubbing your nose or eyes when you could be exposed to the virus.

Precautions: Wash hands often with warm water & soap for at least 20 seconds. Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth unless hands have just been washed. Use a face covering or mask when in public. Practice social distancing – stay at least 6 feet from others (outside of family you live with). Stay away from crowds. Stay home as much as possible. Eat healthfully & sleep adequate amounts. Stop smoking.
