Self isolate: Self isolate to prevent infecting anyone else. If they become short of breath they would call their doctor or seek medical treatment at a hospital

COVID 19: Rest, hydrate, quarantine & eat healthfully. Consider use of acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. They would likely seek care from another provider for moderate to severe illness. Anyone should get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips, persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
