How risky is flying in an airplane in the u.s. right now during the beginning of the covid-19 epidemic?

Risk: This would probably put a person at increased risk since passengers are in a confined space, unable to maintain social distance guidelines, and many asymptomatic persons are infectious.

Hard to say: Social distancing can be extremely variable currently on aircraft. My daughter's friend flew in today from another state. She had 2 flights - one flight was totally full but there were only about ten people in a large plane for the second flight. Many aircraft have recirculation systems for their air which is also an issue.
